If you are looking for something to motivate you into blogging, just keep your eyes on these:
1. Money
Don't just see blogging as a hobby. See it as a means to make money.
2. Strategy.
You cannot start blogging and end successfully if you are lazy because almost every aspect of it requires that you have a working strategy. Think about getting traffic (whether free, organic or paid), developing weblog contents or even outsourcing. It all requires strategy.
3. Plan
Plan your life, plan your blog.
4. Career.
Blogging can be a career if you take it serious.
5. People.
One way to reach people of like minds is through blogging. You can find them if you look in the right directions. In addition to this, you can as well find another set of people that would address you differently.
6. Consistency:
Have you heard about broken links? That is a term for something you might always need to go back and correct. Without consistency, you can't do this.
7. Determination:. No one likes working for nothing. If after working for several months and no cash comes in, some people might drop the idea of making money online through blogging and move on while some people would keep on trying. Only determination can bring about this.
8. Speed
If you want to learn how to be fast, go into blogging. Nobody can be faster than somebody who jumps onto his or her feet because an idea came across their minds!
9. Hope: Think of blogging as a long term goal and stick to it. You can rest at intervals but never give up!
10. Identity
Your blog is your identity. You can say one thing on it and do the opposite somewhere else. People know you by it. So, be good at it and develop expertise.
In one way or the other, one day, you shall find yourself looking back to say that you have tried.
